What you share

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details, location, equipment information and photos you provide. Please do not upload documents or photos containing financial details or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, assess equipment and arrange a potential purchase or sale. Inquiries are stored in our JDI CRM workspace and delivered to our inquiry email inbox. We do not publish the photos or contact details you submit through these forms as public listings.

Service providers

Our hosting, CRM, email and automation services process information needed to operate this website and handle your request. We do not sell your contact information.

Browser storage

The inquiry form stores a temporary request identifier in your browser session so a retry can be recognized. Your form details and photos are not saved in browser storage by this website.

Optional analytics

On georgiawoodtools.com, you can choose whether to allow Google Analytics. It helps us understand page visits and how often buyer, seller or contact inquiries are completed. We send page paths and inquiry type, not the names, phone numbers, questions or photos entered in our forms. Search terms, URL query strings and fragments are excluded. For a recognized Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo or Yahoo search referral, we send only the search engine’s web origin to understand how visitors find us; its path and search query are never sent. Other referring sites are excluded. Advertising features are disabled.

The analytics tag loads only after you allow it. If allowed, Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize visits and processes technical information about your device and browser. Your choice is saved in this browser. Use Analytics settings at the bottom of the page to change it; turning analytics off stops further tracking and removes our Google Analytics cookies. The inquiry forms work with or without analytics.

Your information

To request a correction or deletion, send us a message with your inquiry reference if available. We may keep records needed to complete transactions or meet applicable obligations.
